THE WORK
The GG SIGNAL SWE leading multi faceted mission critical system development, deployment and evolution. The successful candidate will provide SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support, analyze signals of interest, and design software modules for advanced signal processing. This role requires expertise in both coding and signal processing to optimize customer accesses and develop innovative processing solutions. The following are the primary functions of the position:

● Provides concise explanation of developed models to allow other team members to understand/utilize models or algorithms for processing signals of interest.

● Develops, tests, and implements digital signal processing algorithms for satellite communication systems.

● Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and software engineers to integrate DSP software into overall system architecture

The program performs the analysis, design, development, integration, test and deployment, securing, modernization, and operations and maintenance (O&M) and decommissioning activities of RF and optical capabilities.

Qualifications

● Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years or more of professional experience. Considered an expert, authority in discipline.

● RF signals analysis

● Demonstrated experience coding C/C++ and Python

● Ability to design, develop and implement systems within a Unix/Linux environment

● Experience with message queue implementation/ communication

●Possess all capabilities as defined by the GG Statement of work (SOW) Appendix B for the USG standard SWE labor category level 3.
