MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Deputy Program Manager - Cyber to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area.

The role of the Deputy Program Manager- Cyber is to direct, manage, and administer the accomplishment of all aspects of the SOW to ensure completion of all program activities within the established budget and schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
  • 5+ years of recent and relevant experience as a Program Manager within the intelligence community.
  • 5+ years of experience with cyber defense management
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with customers at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degrees and certifications are desired. Examples of certifications are: Active Project Management Institute Project Management Project Professional certification architectures and operations
  • Experience supporting the NRO and mission partners
  • Experience supporting business development and growth initiatives at various levels

Security Clearance:

  • An active and current TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 25% of the time.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
  • Must be able to travel.
