MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Deputy Program Manager - Cyber to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area.
The role of the Deputy Program Manager- Cyber is to direct, manage, and administer the accomplishment of all aspects of the SOW to ensure completion of all program activities within the established budget and schedule.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
- 5+ years of recent and relevant experience as a Program Manager within the intelligence community.
- 5+ years of experience with cyber defense management
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to engage with customers at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees and certifications are desired. Examples of certifications are: Active Project Management Institute Project Management Project Professional certification architectures and operations
- Experience supporting the NRO and mission partners
- Experience supporting business development and growth initiatives at various levels
Security Clearance:
- An active and current TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 25% of the time.
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
