This is a high-impact, in-home sales role where you'll guide homeowners through the remodeling process—from design to close—using our proven system, premium products, and company-provided leads.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with homeowners in their homes to assess needs and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
  • Guide customers through the full design process, including product selection and layout recommendations
  • Build trust and deliver a consultative sales experience from initial meeting through close
  • Create accurate project pricing and proposals using company tools and systems
  • Close sales on the spot using a proven in-home sales process
  • Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed
  • Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
