Are you passionate about precision and teamwork? At Oliver Healthcare Packaging, we create life-saving healthcare packaging, and we're looking for a skilled Die Cut Press Operator to join our high-performing team.
What You'll Do
- Conduct machine safety inspections to maintain a secure work environment.
- Set up and operate die cut press machines to meet hourly production goals and schedule adherence.
- Ensure all materials are prepared and ready for efficient production runs.
- Read and interpret customer specifications to meet quality standards.
- Perform line clearances and maintain machinery cleanliness with a focus on 5S organization principles.
- Collaborate with other shifts to achieve daily production targets.
- Execute efficient changeovers using Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) techniques.
- Previous experience in die-cutting or operating press machinery (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with 5S and SMED principles is a plus.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
