Hands-on Die Maintenance Supervisor role leading the skilled trades workforce responsible for tryout, maintenance and repair of major stamping dies (including progressive and blanking) to keep manufacturing running efficiently. You’ll supervise UAW skilled trade employees and work closely with management and union partners in Stellantis’ onsite Warren, MI operations. The Die Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the direct workforce along with maintenance, Die tryout and repair of major stamping dies including sub assembly, progressive and/or blanking dies. The Die Maintenance Supervisor will supervise UAW skilled trade employees and assist in team building. The role will manage collaborative working relationships with all levels of management and union, resolve problems using root cause analysis and plan and prioritize work to support efficient manufacturing initiatives.
