The incumbent is required to travel and therefore, must have a valid driver’s license. This position exercises independent judgment in the performance of the following: This includes researching applicable policies, reviewing video evidence, and interviewing complainants, witnesses, and subjects in order to reach findings. Documents in writing program reviews for Detention Services in accordance with established policies and procedures and within established timeframes. Reports contain information such as policies, witness statements, videos, and other documents gathered as evidence during the review. Provides training and consultation to facility staff in incident reporting and investigative reviews. Ability to collect, evaluate and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document workflow and other activities relating to the improvement of operational and management practices Ability to organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents, and other written materials Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures relating to operational and management analysis activities Ability to travel Ability to follow policies and procedures regarding p-card usage for travel purposes Two years working experience analyzing data, research, creating reports and/or creating & editing training videos.
