This role is a first level leader, as a working supervisor, that can oversee up to 5 associates in the lower nomenclatures performing a broad ranges of program implementation duties

Oversee the performance of vendor(s), both office and field, that have been contracted to deliver program services Manage employee performance Lead and participate in cross-functional teams, including other CES members, Customer Care, Contracting, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, IT etc, as required to deliver program servicesEnhance program delivery/customer experience and resolve business/customer issues Develop and maintain the processes for implementing energy efficiency projects and programs in accordance with requirements for BPU approved programs Provide oversight for business controls, process improvement and compliance Identify and implement process improvements and automate where possible Monitor program Key Performance Indicators to ensure program delivery meets business plan expectations Prepare and present program and project status reports to senior management Assist with special projects as necessary During storm restoration efforts, may be required to perform functions outside of routine duties and on a schedule that may be different from normal operations Perform and oversee program and project QA/QC as required; Apply knowledge in energy savings measures and techniques to program and project oversight Manage customer relationships to provide program services with a high level of customer satisfaction Oversee the performance of vendor(s), both office and field, that have been contracted to deliver program services; manage employee performance; Lead and participate in cross-functional teams, including other RES members, Customer Care, Contracting, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, IT etc, as required to deliver program services, enhance program delivery/customer experience and resolve business issues. Provide oversight for business controls, process improvement and compliance. Identify and implement process improvements and automate where possible. Monitor program Key Performance Indicators to ensure program delivery meets business plan expectations and regulatory requirements; Prepare and present program and project status reports to senior management. Compile and analyze data from various projects / sources to monitor the status of customer projects and report to management. Projects may include the installation of various energy conservation measures (ECMs) such as HVAC, lighting, motors, energy management systems, etc., Analyze performance results for management reports; Provide monthly project status forecasts; Must be proficient with working independently while maintaining and applying working knowledge of PSEG Standards of Business Controls and meet management’s expectations for effective internal business controls. Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, Finance or other relevant field or equivalent work experience plus 7 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, vendor management, project management, or related fields. In lieu of a degree, 11 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, vendor management, project management, or related field. Experience managing vendor performance, and leading cross-functional teams; Energy Efficiency or Electric Vehicle program experience.Management/leadership experience working with cross-functional teams. Compliance with the Department of Energy's regulation 10 CFR 810 is required.

Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification MBA or Advanced Degree PE and PMP
