Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Follow cleanroom, chemical safety, and/or machine safety protocols
- Operate manufacturing equipment and process in accordance with documented procedures and safety requirements
- Execute production tasks accurately to meet quality, yield, and delivery goals
- Perform inspections using microscopes, gauges, or advanced metrology tools, as required
- Enter production data accurately into Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or other tracking systems
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance teams
- Participate in continuous improvement, 5S, and lean manufacturing initiatives
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Comfortable working with manufacturing equipment, tooling, or chemicals depending on assigned area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary organization by communicating effectively with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel to ensure that manufacturing needs are being met.
- Ability to lift up to 10-15 lbs and perform repetitive tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliability and accountability in meeting production commitments
- Desire to grow within a highly technical manufacturing organization
Work Environment
- May include semiconductor manufacturing cleanrooms, chemical laboratories, precision machining, or industrial manufacturing settings
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required
- Shift schedules may include compressed workweeks, extended shifts, or alternating schedules
- Specific job requirements will be defined by the hiring team at placement
Pay Range:
USD $67,030.00 - USD $111,720.00 Year
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
