You'll play a key part in helping the teams shift from "how we've always done it" to "how we'll be doing it going forward," without slowing production down.

The Role

  • Run and troubleshoot job movements, job issues/receipts, production reporting, and inventory transactions
  • Monitor and clean up transactional errors before they snowball
  • Train and coach the Shop Floor Coordinator on system processes
  • Build simple job aids, cheat sheets, and process guides

  • Feed insights back to the ERP project team, highlighting gaps or improvement opportunities
  • Act as the go-between for shop floor teams, operations leadership, and the project team

  • Detail-focused (you notice when something's off and you fix it)
  • Solid communicator who can work across operations and project teams without drama
  • Calm under pressure-ERP go-lives aren't for everyone, but you've got the temperament for it
Nice to Have
  • Previous involvement in an ERP rollout or Hypercare period
  • Experience developing training materials or process documentation
