We're seeking a highly experienced and independent Estimator to join our team. This role demands exceptional technical expertise, leadership in managing high-value bids, and a strong command of estimating software and industry relationships. Key Responsibilities Independently perform accurate and timely take-offs using PlanSwift Takeoff software Demonstrate advanced proficiency in interpreting complex plans and specifications Manage large-scale and high-value bids from inception to final submission without oversight Establish and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, General Contractors (GCs), and Landscape Architects (LAs) Develop precise material lists and pricing strategies using advanced mathematical equations relevant to landscape estimating Complete estimate entries in Sage/Timberline confidently and without supervision Attend and lead pre-bid meetings and site visits to ensure scope clarity and competitive pricing Guide operations teams throughout project lifecycles to support profitable buyouts and execution Lead internal presentations of estimates to Business Developers and Branch Managers Qualifications 3+ years of experience in commercial landscape estimating Advanced knowledge of landscape construction, irrigation systems, and materials Expert-level proficiency with estimating tools, including Sage/Timberline, PlanSwift, ProCore, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Proven ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and technical specifications Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is preferred Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen Requirements Construction Estimating: 5 years (Required) Commercial Landscaping: 3 years (Required) Benefits 401(k) Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Referral Program
