Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks including hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Implement individualized support plans and document progress accurately. Facilitate social, recreational, and community participation activities. Provide emotional support and develop trusting relationships with clients. Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment. Communicate effectively with the care team, families, and other stakeholders. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in caregiving or direct support is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain shortly after hiring. Flexible Schedule. Pay rate $18- $20 per hour
