PhotoMules is seeking an energetic Event Operation Supervisor to manage youth sports photography events held at outdoor tournament venues. This position combines team leadership, customer interaction, event coordination, and sales oversight in a fast-moving weekend environment. South Carolina *Regional weekend travel required What You’ll Do Supervise and support a small event staff team during youth sports tournaments Coordinate event setup and breakdown, including tents, displays, and equipment Manage on-site workflow for photography, printing, and customer order fulfillment Monitor sales activity and motivate team members to meet performance goals Serve as the primary on-site lead for event execution and customer experience Interact with customers, answer questions, and assist with purchases Resolve operational issues quickly in a busy outdoor setting Prepare for upcoming events through scheduling, staffing coordination, and equipment checks Travel to tournament locations throughout the region (travel costs covered by company) Qualifications Prior leadership experience in retail, events, hospitality, customer service, or sales Comfortable working in an outdoor, high-energy environment Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during events Availability to work weekends, especially Fridays through Sundays Sales-oriented mindset with confidence interacting with customers Valid driver’s license and clean driving history Willingness to travel regionally and operate company vehicles when needed Why Join PhotoMules?
