Must hold an Ontario or Inter-Provincial 433A Millwright Certificate As a Licensed Millwright at Cargill, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mechanical and electrical equipment through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a dynamic meat processing environment.

Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada and at least 18 years old Ontario or Inter-Provincial 433A Millwright Certificate required by Skilled Trades Ontario or Red Seal Certification Full License with 8,000 Apprenticeship hours completed Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a licensed Mechanic Millwright in a manufacturing/production environment English reading and writing skills Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and in varied environmental conditions such as but not limited to dust, noise, hot and cold

Perform general maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues Operate motorized vehicles and equipment Follow all safety, food safety, and environmental regulations Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
