The candidate will be responsible for maintaining company facilities, grounds, and equipment, including landscaping, repairs, painting, carpentry, and equipment support. The candidate will also be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, responding to maintenance requests, assisting contractors, supporting emergency needs, and off-hours operations. The candidate will also serve as a backup to janitorial staff.
Hours: Monday-Friday from 7:00AM to 3:00PM. Some weekends and off shift hours required.
Requirements
Candidate must have good mechanical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot. Candidate must be able to lift moderate to heavy weight, have good visual acuity, and manual dexterity. Candidate will be required to stand/walk the majority of their shift.
