excellent opportunity for a full-time or part-time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)
to join a group of 11 Family Medicine providers in a brand-new, 60,000+ square foot facility. We are seeking a new physician for this location and would welcome residents. The schedule for this opportunity is as follows: For full-time - 34 patient contact hrs., with option for 4- or 5-day work week. The call requirement is Practice call shared with other eligible FM providers (Appx 1:40). The Caldwell Health Plaza
