Practice Overview:
EMR Platform – EPIC with DAX Copilot
Outpatient primary care in Gainesville, Georgia
Treating ages 18 years and up for acute visits, preventative medicine, and managing chronic illnesses in a concierge setting
Reduced patient panel size for improved care management
Extended appointment times of 30 – 60 minutes to deliver personalized care
Access for acute visits, same day, and next day appointments
Support of local specialists, including expedited labs, pharmacist-led medication overview, and nutrition counseling
Call for Concierge patients only, shared with APP
Dedicated and adequate support staff to maintain patient experience
Working together with Physicians like you:
83; BC/BE in Family Medicine
83; Minimum of three years of experience preferred
83; Strong desire to spend more time with patients and provide personalized, relationship-based care
83; Work closely with medical community to ensure smooth transition of care to hospital or specialists
