Typical daily volume around 16-18 patients, with a rounding-first approach
Schedule Monday-Friday schedule with morning rounding; finish charting from home or stay onsite-your choice
No scheduled nights or weekends, supporting a predictable work-life rhythm
Compensation & Benefits Up to $270,000 (based on experience), guaranteed for the life of the contract

Medical director pathway once established: additional $3,000-$5,000/month
