Practice Setting:
Family Clinic is open Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
There is currently 3 Physicians and 4 NPs employed by MDH seeing patients with additional provider support from partner clinics
Option to also oversee convenience clinic

Compensation
Competitive base salary between $300,000 - $350,000
Additional $150,000 Student loan repayment paid direct by employer
