Creed Medical is seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and personalized care to female individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your work will help promote independence, dignity, and community involvement among those we serve. As a Female DSP, you will assist with daily living activities, emotional support, and skill development, ensuring a safe and empowering environment. Key Responsibilities Assist female clients with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and daily living tasks. Support skill-building and encourage participation in social and community activities. Implement individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation. Provide emotional support and foster positive relationships. Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to provide holistic care. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with female individuals with disabilities is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire. Flexible Schedule. Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour
