The Field Mechanic will be responsible for billing, inventory, paper work and field service. We are a leader in the oil and gas industry providing our customers with equipment that will be utilized to monitor existing systems on oil and gas drilling rigs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
β€’ Travel to customer sites to install, commission, test, calibrate, and train customers on the safe and proper operation of DNOW products.
β€’ Conduct field installations and calibrations of sensors and systems.
β€’ Perform field upgrades of software and hardware and train customers on how to properly operate the system.
β€’ Communicate field failures and feedback reports to the appropriate departments.
β€’ Billing, inventory and paperwork.
β€’ Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner.
β€’ Other duties, as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
β€’ High School diploma and/or equivalent.
β€’ Oilfield, Oil and Gas, Utility, Energy or similar industry experience preferred
β€’ 2+ years' experience preferred
β€’ Position requires travel over 50% of the time and the ability to work weekends
β€’ Good verbal and written communication skills
β€’ Must have current, valid driver's license and acceptable record at all times.
β€’ Must be able to physically lift up to 40 lbs.
β€’ Knowledge of oil and gas field components, including software and hardware
β€’ Willingness to be on call
β€’ Pneumatic and hydraulic background preferred/ Electrical background preferred
