What we're looking for 3+ years of residential construction or remodeling project management experience", "Solid understanding of construction phases — demo, framing, MEP, finishes, and everything in between", "Experience managing subcontractors and vendors across multiple active jobs", "Comfortable with Buildertrend or similar PM software", "Strong attention to detail and a clean, organized jobsite presence", "Clear, professional communication — written and verbal", "Ability to read scopes of work, plans, and product specs", "Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to physically walk and review job sites.
Nice to have Background in high-end or luxury residential remodeling", "Proven track record managing 8-12 jobs simultaneously", "Comfortable as the face of the company in client-facing situations", "Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
