Looking to grow your career in financial analysis and business intelligence? As a Financial Analyst, you will support commercial and financial decision-making through reporting, budgeting, forecasting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role combines financial planning, business analytics, Tableau reporting, and stakeholder partnership while providing visibility across Commercial, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Finance teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets to drive business insights and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing
Support the development and enhancement of financial and commercial analytics tools, reporting, and performance tracking.
Assist with annual budgeting and planning processes across multiple business units.
Analyze budget-to-actual results and provide meaningful variance analysis.
Prepare monthly cost center reporting and financial summaries for business leaders.
Develop data-driven presentations and materials for business review meetings.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with IT teams to optimize business intelligence tools and reporting systems.
Maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from leadership and business partners.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required.
1–3+ years of financial analysis, business analysis, or related experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and working with large datasets.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Experience working with financial systems, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms.
Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence tools preferred.
CPA or CFA designation is a plus.
