Job Summary
We are hiring Food Production Machine Operators to support multiple departments within a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role involves operating automated equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality standards are met across various stages of egg processing and packaging.
Operators may work in different areas including machine operation, blending, drying, inspection (candling), and packaging. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a production environment and can adapt to different tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor automated production equipment
Perform processing tasks such as blending, drying, breaking, and packaging products
Inspect products to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Load/unload materials and maintain steady production flow
Perform routine cleaning duties including CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems
Follow production formulas and procedures for batching and processing
Assist with light maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Work Environment
Food manufacturing facility (indoor)
Exposure to varying temperatures depending on department (up to 150Β°F in some areas)
Work around moving machinery, dust, and cleaning chemicals
Use of PPE including steel-toe boots, gloves, eye protection, and hearing protection
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for extended periods (8β10+ hours per shift)
Lift up to 50β53 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (not required)
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
