Freezer Warehouse Operative - Bicester

As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, you’ll be part of a specialist team working in a high‑performing freezer environment at temperatures as low as -25°C. 18 or over . You must be able to handle Meat and Alcohol You must be within reasonable commute time from the site using your method of transport. For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions Day roles involve working across ambient and chilled areas (0–5°C) Available Shifts

(You will work 4 shifts in every 7‑day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends)

Shift Options: Night Shift:

19:00 to 05:00

Day Shift: 05:00 to 15:00

Starting salary: £12.84 per hour (base pay shown — freezer premium added separately) Freezer premium + £0.80 per hour Night shift premium: + £2.67 per hour (12 am - 6 am). Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate.
