Pritchard Industries is seeking a skilled and dedicated Apprentice to join our team. The Apprentice will assist licensed operating engineers with daily operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed operating engineers with daily operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems

Perform preventive maintenance tasks under supervision Monitor mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment and report irregularities Maintain accurate logs, reports, and maintenance records Follow all safety protocols, union standards, and building procedures Participate in on-the-job training and required union coursework

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSES

High School Diploma of GED Equivalent Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Life Safety Systems Posses and maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
