Compensation for this position is $17.50 per hour
Summary
Work with the collections, accounting, and legal team to recover costs incurred on clients disability claims
Process credit card payments through our virtual process terminal
Create deposit memos for checks and money orders
Maintain payment schedules for clients on reoccurring payments- between 3 to 5 payments total
Waive costs when approved by attorney
Phone outreach to collect costs from clients
Create and send out cost statements to clients
Associate payments to clients files
Notify case staff of costs collected
Send out files to close
Monthly reporting for overall amount collected and outstanding
Qualification
Ability to work full time in office Monday through Friday
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a preferred but not required
High school diploma or GED
Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a great attitude and minimal supervision
At least one year of office experience is preferred.
This role is on-site, which gives you the chance to be fully immersed in the work and gain direct experience alongside the team. We’ve found that being in the office helps new team members get up to speed quickly and feel more connected.
