The Worship Experience Pastor is responsible for the execution of the weekend experience at the congregation. They lead worship, oversee production and programming for the congregation; This position reports to the Lead Congregation Pastor. A full-time position, the schedule generally includes weekend services, meetings at our office in Irvine, and additional time during the week for a total of 40-50 hours depending on licensed minister status. Collaborate with the Central team and the Congregation Lead Pastor to program and execute the adult weekend experience.
Oversee the execution of worship, programming, and production to provide an excellent, immersive weekend experience.
Work in collaboration with the guest experience team to help provide a cohesive, intentional, and welcoming experience for all guests.
Serve as the primary worship leader at the congregation. This includes singing and playing an instrument (as necessary).
Develop the musical proficiency of your team, and partner with the Central team training curriculum.
Serve as the primary production lead at the congregation. Develop the technical proficiency of your team, and partner with the Central team training curriculum.
Manage and maintain production equipment under your responsibility.
*Education - Degree or license in a related field preferred, but not required.

Experience in spreadsheets and document preparation.
