Leading and managing skills development initiatives for cell operators, with a strong emphasis on adaptor cell operations and best practices. Overseeing training delivery within the control center, ensuring alignment with operational standards and efficiency goals. Coordinating and supporting two rotating training teams delivering instruction across multiple shifts at distribution centers. Developing structured training programs, materials, and assessments to drive continuous learning and performance improvement. Partnering with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and implement scalable solutions that enhance workforce capability. You have a strong understanding of distribution center operations and control center functions. You have excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills. You have the demonstrated ability to lead training teams and deliver programs across shift-based operations.
