Dignity Health Medical Group - Sierra Nevada , a multi-specialty medical group aligned with Dignity Health, is seeking to add a Board Certified / Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to live and work in the beautiful Sierra Nevada Foothills location of Grass Valley, CA .

Excellent income potential
~ Salary Guarantee: $558,000- $590,000 plus call pay
~ Productivity Incentive
~ Signing Incentive up to $40,000
~ Relocation incentive up to $20,000
~ Group-paid medical and dental insurance option (including group contribution to HSA account) or choose a "buy-up" plan.
~8 weeks t ime off per year
~ Company 401k match/contribution of up to 11% of salary

Job Requirements
A valid and unrestricted California medical license
Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
