Job Description What You Will Do: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care Complete and document guest and associate work orders Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment What We Are Looking For: Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus Why Atrium?
