As our repair expert, you are an essential part of the resident experience! You will work closely with the Director of Maintenance to maintain our building by handling all requests for repairs and improvements.
Complete work orders as requested by residents
Wood flooring and/or wallpaper replacement
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing
Conduct move-out inspections
Minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting tasks
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years’ experience in maintenance or related professional area
