Opportunity Highlights Practice includes 16 urologists and 10 advanced practice providers currently Clinic opening will support a primary office in Naperville with expansion to Bolingbrook Call is 1:6 at Edward Hospital Advanced practice providers are shared at each site. One nurse covers for 2-3 providers. One MA per clinic, generally. Compensation & Benefits The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $475,000 - $525,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $500,000 - $650,000.
