Responsibilities
* Perform club repairs including regripping, shaft work, and lie and loft adjustments. Lead and support club repair technicians. Complete repair and custom orders accurately and on time. Execute custom club specifications per golfer requirements. Inspect repair work for quality and accuracy. Troubleshoot club performance issues and recommend solutions. Maintain a clean and organized repair workspace. Monitor repair shop inventory and supplies. Communicate repair timelines and updates with customers and staff. Maintain and calibrate repair equipment and tools. Provide excellent customer service and support store operations.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of advanced club-building experience. 5+ years experience with build and repair equipment including saws, pullers,
epoxies, bending machines, and swing weight scales. * Demonstrated experience regripping clubs, adjusting loft and lie, shaft work, adjusting swing weights. * Strong understanding of club specifications including length, lie, loft, swing weight, and shaft profiles. * High attention to detail and the ability to execute repeatable builds across full sets. * Experience working from professional fitting data and OEM-style build sheets. Deep interest in golf equipment, shafts, materials, and build technologies. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on, detail-oriented
work.

Compensation
* $25 - $30 per hour, based on previous golf repair experience.
