About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, detail oriented individual to join our growth team. This role is part empathetic listener, part healthcare navigator, and part logistical whiz. You will be joining a team responsible for everything a family needs prior to enrolling with Flourish. Before meeting us, these families have often been rejected by many care providers, accustomed to an overwhelming maze of care navigation, and are at a point of deep frustration. Your job will be to communicate effectively and empathetically with each family, help understand what they need and want, and operationalize workflows to get kids access to care as quickly as possible.
