A market-leading business is seeking a personable and forward-thinking Head of IT to join its team based in Stoke-on-Trent. Please note, this role is hybrid – you’ll be in the office 3 days per week with 2 days from home.

You will manage a small team and devise and implement the IT strategy, delivering a robust, efficient, and secure technology environment that harnesses the latest technology to enhance business performance. Key focus areas will include ERP systems, digital transformation, data analytics, IT support and ensuring cyber-resilience and security across all platforms.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to align technology initiatives with wider business objectives, driving innovation and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency and leverage data to support informed decision-making.

In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility you must be a proven technology leader with a collaborative style and great communication skills. Experience of leading change, managing third-party suppliers and delivering complex IT projects will be highly advantageous.
