We use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help make our hiring process efficient. Join us as a Product Manager on the Console team, leading product development for the unified Console platform.
As a Product Manager (L2) on the Console Team, you will focus on building the "One Console" experience, ensuring a unified customer model and seamless migration for acquired entities like Segment. Help shift the Console from a manual configuration tool into an intelligent operating environment. You will execute on features that allow users to interact in plain language, empowering the Console Assistant to map customer intent, instantly configure complex workflows, and proactively surface next steps.
M&A Portal Migration: Lead the effort to migrate M&A customers into the Twilio One Console ecosystem, establishing a single, unified view of the customer console.
Legacy Console Sunset: Manage the deprecation of legacy Console systems to reduce technical debt and unify the UI without compromising the reliability of our Tier-0 platform.
Partner with Engineering, Design, and Edge teams to ensure a consistent experience across the Twilio platform and mitigate risks during strategic consolidation.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Edge teams to build proactive, friction-free customer journeys. Instead of forcing developers to dig through documentation, you will leverage behavioral data and intent signals to deliver in-line, natural language troubleshooting and contextual recommendations at the exact moment a customer needs them.

Experience using data to identify "friction points" in a user journey and designing automated interventions to solve them.
Knowledge of how to design seamless transitions across different platform touchpoints. For example, moving a user fluidly from reading API documentation, to testing in a sandbox, to escalating a complex issue to a technical support ticket - ensuring their context and configuration history are preserved every step of the way.
This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.
