Are you ready to be an essential part of our team and help maintain the integrity and organization of medical records?

As a Medical Records Assistant, You Will:

* Assist with the management and maintenance of patient and resident medical records. * Ensure medical records are accurate, complete, and compliant with all healthcare regulations and policies. * Organize and file medical documents in a systematic manner for easy access and retrieval. * Assist with data entry and updating of medical charts, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information. * Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate information is recorded. * Help prepare medical records for audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Must Have:

0-2 years of previous experience in medical records. High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to understand and follow applicable regulations, policies, and

procedures. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in record-keeping. Knowledge of nursing/medical practices and procedures. Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback.

Nice to Have:

Experience in healthcare settings. Knowledge of ICD coding. Experience with PointClickCare or similar electronic health record systems.
