Position Summary: We are seeking a Sports-Minded Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Compete to Win: Approach each opportunity with a competitive mindset, striving to meet and exceed sales goals. Build relationships with homeowners to understand their property and selling needs. Evaluate potential properties to determine market value, necessary repairs, and win-win opportunities for buyers and sellers. Present and negotiate purchase offers, ensuring a smooth and transparent process. Educate sellers on available options, including cash offers, payment plans, and lease options. Collaborate with our network of real estate professionals to provide creative and customized solutions. Maintain accurate records of property evaluations and client communications.

Qualifications

Sports-minded, competitive, and driven to achieve results. Real estate experience preferred, but not required. (License is a plus.) Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Customer-centric approach with a focus on creating win-win solutions.
