Fairview Park Hospital is seeking a full-time Hospitalist Medical Director to lead its well-established and highly respected hospital medicine program in Dublin, Georgia. This is an outstanding leadership opportunity for an experienced physician who is passionate about clinical excellence, physician engagement, and program development while practicing within a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
Position Overview- Provide leadership and oversight for the hospital medicine program
- Partner with hospital administration and physician leadership to drive quality, patient safety, and operational excellence
- Support physician recruitment, retention, mentoring, and engagement initiatives
- Monitor and improve clinical performance metrics and patient outcomes
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for or currently hold an unrestricted Georgia medical license
- No history of license revocation, restriction, or suspension in any jurisdiction
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain unrestricted DEA registration
- Previous leadership experience preferred
