Location

Work on-site at various community HHW event locations Paid weekly As an HHW (Houehold Hazardous Waste) Technician, you’ll play a key role in helping residents safely dispose of materials that cannot be thrown away through regular waste channels. This hands-on role is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy active work, supporting community safety, and gaining exposure to environmental services.

Safely offload cars and unload household hazardous materials onto waste segregation tables. Sort and segregate household hazardous waste by category following established procedures and training. Participate in the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of HHW event sites and work areas. Maintain full compliance with all safety protocols, PPE requirements, EHS regulations, and environmental policies. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant throughout event operations. Support event staff to ensure efficient operations and a positive resident experience.
