Key Accountabilities
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure a luxury hospitality experience. Be helpful to the guests in a courteous manner at all times, and inform Supervisor or Housekeeping Management of any requests. Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other departments to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.
General Requirements
Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Must fulfill performance standards of this position and comply with policies, rules, and procedures of the hotel
