Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist 3 to join their team. As a Human Resources Specialist 3, you will be part of the HR department supporting talent operations and program coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 Hours
What's the Job?
- Provide hands-on coordination support across communications, systems, and program operations for global talent initiatives
- Draft, coordinate, and distribute internal communications supporting talent programs and initiatives
- Support deployment and execution of talent programs through proactive internal campaigns and communication channels
- Assist with system administration, configuration, testing, and rollout of updates across global platforms
- Compile, format, and distribute talent dashboards and data reports to support workforce planning and program visibility
What's Needed?
- 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination, talent operations, or related roles
- Proficiency with HR/talent systems such as Workday, Azure, Microsoft Viva, ServiceNow, etc.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and audience appropriateness
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams globally
