Position Overview Permanent, full-time position Night shift schedule 3 twelve-hour shifts per week Fast-paced ICU environment Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team Compensation & Incentives Pay range: $31.00 – $47.00 per hour (based on experience) $10,000 sign-on bonus $5,000 relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits package Key Responsibilities Provide direct care to critically ill and high-acuity patients Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced life support interventions Operate and monitor critical care equipment (ventilators, cardiac monitors, etc.) Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and emergencies Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 1–2 years of ICU or critical care experience (Required) Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Certifications BLS (Required) ACLS (Required) Additional certifications (e.g., PALS, CCRN) preferred Schedule Full-time Night shift 3x12-hour shifts per week Why This Opportunity This role is ideal for an ICU nurse seeking strong compensation, meaningful incentives, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive critical care environment.
