This position must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements; candidates must be U.S. Citizens or permanent resident cardholders. Education – High School diploma. Two-year technical degree a plus. Experience – minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience. Strongly prefer candidates who have a working knowledge of thermal spray technology and general industrial technologies, including electronics, robotics, and mechanical systems. Ability to read equipment schematics. Familiarity with digital maintenance management systems preferred. Physical & Mental Demands: The following physical and mental demands consist of, but are not limited to, the following. Must be able to work in an industrial environment, including at elevated heights and in confined spaces. Manual dexterity to perform data entry functions. Ability to bend, pull, stoop, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and reach to perform functions. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. May be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, and humidity, etc. Must have the cognitive and mental capacity to perform essential job functions. Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc. Ability to hear in person and via phone. Pay & Benefits Information The hourly pay range for this position is $32.00-$42.32 per hour. Starting pay is determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with state and federal law. This role is eligible for additional compensation, including shift differential, etc., if applicable.Benefits include employee and family medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage; company paid life and disability; HSA/FSA options; 401(k) with company match; paid time off and paid holidays; and an Employee Assistance Program. Benefits eligibility begins on day 61 of employment. This position is eligible for a $1,500 sign-on retention bonus! Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and basic physical; have the ability to work full-time, 40+ hours per week. The hours for this position are 2:15pm - 10:15pm, Monday through Friday.
