As an Influencer Manager II, you will join an Unpublished R&D game team to help identify, support, and scale our launch creator roster that will spark growth and shape an emerging culture for a new product. Launching a new game from Riot means architecting an aspirational creator economy from scratch that rewards those who participate and inspires others to get on stage to perform.

You think in terms of who - and what - will be influential in our player's lives, as well as generating the most entertaining content. You will anticipate where the next cultural shifts will happen—from emerging platforms to novel participation formats—and ideate on reward systems that drive engagement and innovation. You will maintain tight feedback loops with influencers to ensure we build a "stand out" culture where play of all kinds choose to play and create content because it is both aspirational and beneficial to their careers.

You are comfortable building in ambiguous spaces and wearing many hats on a small, cross-functional team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Curate, evolve, and manage our influencer roster: Identify influencers at all levels who would love our game; own the relationships yourself (or through agencies); continuously identify and bring in new talent; build a database of humans we are - or want to - build relationships with * Manage Influencer Campaigns: You will be the primary human helping architect and manage our influencer campaigns for launch and beyond * Think Programmatically: Develop and manage long-term reward structures that power constant content creation and engagement over one-off campaigns or preview events * Global VIP Partner Identification: Identify the global celebrities and cultural leaders we should partner with for launch and beyond * Cross-Functional Advocacy: Partner with the game team to advise on features that empower creators to make the most broadly entertaining content * Operationalization: Stand up early influencer operations: processes, toolkits, and workflows

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 3+ years' experience managing creator ecosystems, influencer strategies, or high-profile talent partnerships within gaming, entertainment, or sports * A global student of the game: Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, emerging formats, and content 'metas' around the world * Pop culture pickled: You’ve been brined in other industries, cultures, and communities, keen to import innovative ideas and practices from the outside world; you have a good handle on current and emerging celebrities, athletes, and tier 1 influencers, as well as their impact on pop culture
