Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer / Installer to support our home remodeling projects. This hands-on role is essential to delivering high-quality results for our customers by assisting with installations, repairs, and general construction tasks.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being part of a team, and growing within the home improvement industry.
What You’ll Do
Assist with bathroom, and basement remodeling projects
Perform general labor tasks, including demolition, material handling, and site prep
Install or assist with Bathroom remodels, LVT flooring, minor drywall work, fixtures, and basic plumbing elements
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow safety guidelines and company standards at all times
Work closely with project managers and team members to complete jobs efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to perform physical labor and heavy lifting
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction, remodeling, or home improvement
Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work (a plus)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
