Work alongside a skilled team providing 24/7 on-site coverage in the 20-bed medical and 18-bed surgical ICU, caring for patients across various specialties, including medical, surgical, neuro, cardiac, and cardiovascular.

Our team brings a diverse mix of ICU clinical practice experience to deliver high-quality, collaborative care.

Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible critical care physicians (MD or DO).

Ability to obtain a Missouri license.

A commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate proficiency in all technical skills required in critical care.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Flexible Scheduling: Full-time physicians work an average of 15 monthly shifts, typically in block shifts of 4 to 5 days at a time.

Key Responsibilities
