This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support. St Peters Internal and Family Medicine, located at 1444 Western Avenue, Suite B, Albany, NY offers routine health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school, or insurance); routing care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; preventive immunizations and precautionary inoculations; preventive health and wellness services, including cancer screening. Our experienced providers promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage patients to take charge of their own health and well-being.

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE

St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

  • Compensation is between $250,000 and $260,000.
  • The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted.
  • Starting Bonus of up to $75,000
  • Retention Bonus of $25,000
  • Resident compensation available - up to 50 k per year for early sign on
  • Time away from practice
  • Paid Malpractice, including post - SPHP employment tail coverage
  • Benefits including health insurance / dental / vision
  • Retirement program with employer match
  • Opportunities for hybrid work in the hospitalist division or in continuing care may be available, if desired.
  • APP collaboration at practice site may provide additional source of compensation.
  • Opportunities for physician leadership/administrative work are available for those interested (SPHPMA & IHANY committees, JOCs, etc.).
  • Opportunities for teaching 1st year AMC students as well as precepting NP/PA students are plentiful within the medical group.
  • Loan Repayment: Our institution qualifies as an eligible employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
