Job Summary

We are seeking a Pediatrician who will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary care services to pediatric patients, with a strong focus on prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and health education. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of clinical cases, promote overall wellness, and coordinate care through referrals when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care & Clinical Duties
  • Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care services
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Follow established clinical protocols and quality standards
  • Participate in on-call rotation as assigned

Quality & Compliance

  • Adhere to all clinical guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews
  • Ensure accurate documentation for billing and compliance
  • Community Engagement
  • Support community health initiatives and outreach programs
  • Participate in health education events and local activities as needed

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited U.S. Pediatric Residency Program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
  • Active Arizona Medical License (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid DEA License & Current BLS certification
  • Basic computer proficiency and EMR experience
