A distinguished privately owned Primary Care facility located suburban Atlanta, is seeking an exceptional Primary Care physician to join their team. Here your expertise will be valued, your work-life balance prioritized, and your professional development nurtured. Internal or Family Medicine residency training and Board Certification required.

  • Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, structured within a 4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The arrangement can be flexible if necessary.
  • Weekends & Major Holidays: The office is closed to prioritize and maintain work life balance.
  • Patient Volume & Schedule Structure: 2 new or 3 established patients per hour.
  • On Call Responsibilities: Phone calls only; calls are minimal and light.

Scope of Services:

  • Clinical Focus: Manage both chronic diseases and acute illnesses, with an emphasis on preventive care.
  • Technological Integration: E-ClinicalWorks, Medical Dragon One for dictation to ensure an optimized and efficient workflow.

Qualifications & Expectations:

  • Commitment: This position is for candidates with ties to the area who are seeking long-term employment.
  • Certification Requirements: Established physicians must be board-certified. Current residents must be board-eligible and secure certification before commencing work.
  • Professionalism: Essential qualities include demonstrated bedside manners, excellent customer service skills, flexibility, and compassion.
  • Coding & Billing Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ICD codes and adherence to E/M coding guidelines are essential.

  • Join a group of 3 physicians and 1 APP
  • Supportive Environment: Be part of a team of dedicated receptionists, schedulers, medical assistants, nurses, medical billing, and administrative staff.
  • Subspecialty Physicians: Collaborate with an excellent group of subspecialty physicians.
  • Nearby Hospitals: Emory Johns Creek, Northside Hospitals, and Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
